Tracking Information!


It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update once you have received a tracking email. If there is no status or change on the tracking after 48 hours, please contact us via email at customerservice@thecashmeresale.com

Where is my package?


Is your package missing? We ship using Fed Ex Ground so please contact them at 1.800.463.3339 and provide your tracking information


What is your return policy?

Online orders have a 14 day return policy, the cost of the return is payable by you. Please keep your receipt and postage until you have been fully refunded for us to better assist you!

Exchanges can be made online or at your nearest store, please see the list here. Don’t see a store near you? Please contact customerservice@thecashmeresale.com about an online exchange!
