What is The Cashmere Sale?
We are a growing branch of a major New York-based apparel company, focused on serving consumers at the intersection of comfort, style, and practicality. Founded and driven by a group of passionate, fashion-oriented women, we operate on a simple premise: provide our customers with in-season, high-quality cashmere at irresistible prices.
From sweaters to wraps and accessories, we’re inspired by leading designers and influential tastemakers to share our style and savings.
Our “How isn’t this already a thing?” Moment
Our social shopping event wasn’t born as a business, but rather a small get-together in a Greenwich, Connecticut living room. What started out as a few good friends sharing thoughts and opinions on newly arrived cashmere sweaters for the apparel company quickly turned into an exciting venture idea. We never expected our shared love of shopping to launch the next great fashion experience, but 15 years later our commitment has grown The Cashmere Sale into a 19-location event with local, like-minded managers.
By limiting our nationwide pop-up stores to once a year and offering online shopping, we eliminate traditional brick-and-mortar expenses and pass the savings on to you. While we’ve grown past the intimate living room setting, we’re proud to say it’s still a friends and family sale – we’ve just added more of you to The Cashmere Sale family.
