Return Policy

What can I return?

We hope you love your cashmere purchase but if not, you can return any unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective garments with their original tags that were purchased on The Cashmere Sale website. Items purchased on the website cannot be returned to our stores. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.  

When can I return my items?

Because of the pop-up nature of our business we can only take online returns for a limited window.
You may request a returns or exchanges from our Return Center. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving garments. Prepaid return labels will be sent to your email within 48 hours of placing the return request. Returns must then be sent within 48 hours of receiving return labels. Shipping fees will be deducted from refunds after this window. No returns will be accepted after 7 days of receipt.

Return center assistance can be found Monday thru Friday.

 

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return you will need the order number and zip code associated with the order. These both can be found in the email sent when the order was placed. Visit the Return Center here and select the items you are returning or exchanging. Just following the easy steps to complete the process. An email containing a return label will arrive to you within a few hours. You will need to print your return label, print your original order and place that in the package with the items you are returning.

If after 24 hours of initiating a return you have not received an email containing a return shipping label, email support@thecashmeresale.zendesk.com.

 

When will I get my exchange?

Once our warehouse receives your return, we will process and ship out the exchange within 3 business days.

 

When will I see my refund?

After your return has been received at our warehouse, allow 7-10 days for processing. Refunds will be issued in the form of which payment was received. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.

Refunds are processed Monday thru Friday.

What happens if my item is damaged?

If you happen to receive an item that is damaged or missing items, please contact customer service immediately support@thecashmeresale.zendesk.com 

Please include images of your item, order number, and if you'd like a refund or replacement item. We will happily resolve this issue for you.

 

What is the policy for Sale Items?

During our SALE on select items only, these are all FINAL SALE, due to the heavily discounted nature of the product. We pride ourselves on offering discounted prices on all our Cashmere items. Please choose wisely when purchasing all SALE items as they are yours to love forever.
